A FMCG Group carrying very well known and reputed beverage brands is actively hiring experienced and energetic Head of Sales to manage its distributor and trade marketing activities.
- Lead and drive the sales strategy and direction for HK and Macau market
- Maintain and develop sales network and channels to penetrate customer segmentation
- Monitor and manage distributors to achieve company goals
- Plan and execute trade marketing campaigns with the team
- Identify new market potential and business opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above with at least 8 years FMCG business experience
- Strong connection and experience in grocery and Horeca channels is an advantage
- Strong and solid distributor management
- Able to work independently with entrepreneurial mindset
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
