Responsibilities
- Understand business requirement and retail application needs
- Support applications including POS, CRM & traffic count etc
- Provide training to end-users on POS/CRM
- Provide support on retail infrastructure setup
- Lead the POS system enhancement implementation process
- Manage helpdesk and backup team
Requirement
- Degree in IT / Computer Science or related disciplines
- At least 3 Years experiences in programming and Application Support
- Experience in supporting retail POS & CRM
- Solid experience in MS SQL
- Good spoken and written English and communication skill
- Self-motivated & good team player
