Responsibilities
- Maintain and update inventory system
- Follow up with vendors on production information
- Create PO and follow up purchasing orders
- Draw data from the system to prepare and generate reports
- Communicate with other teams and departments to ensure smooth logistic flow
Requirement
- University Degree with 1-2 years’ experience in related industry
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Detail-minded, responsible, self-motivated
- Strong sense in figures
