A luxury retail brand is hiring a Business Head to look after the Retail and Wholesale business in Hong Kong and Macau. They expect someone with rich experience in retail industry, energetic and with business sense. Main responsibilities include:
- Lead the retail team to achieve sales targets and build a strong relationship with retailers and distributors
- Analyse business performance and responsible for sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting
- Review and optimize brand distribution and determine stores openings and closures
- Lead the team to maintain high level of service quality and ensure brand image at all POSs
- Lead the team on product training to frontline staff and retailers
- Work with marketing team to implement events and enhance window advertising to drive traffic
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 10 years solid experience in retail and/or wholesale business, gained from luxury retail preferably (W&J sector is an advantage)
- Strong leadership with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Self-motivated, result-oriented with positive thinking
- Excellent interpersonal skill is essential, able to manage negotiations
- Excellent command in English and Chinese capability
