A leading Information and communications technology (ICT) company is looking for experienced and self-motivated Trainers to join their team and contribute to the growth of the company. 

Assistant Training Manager:

  • Assist line manager to develop training strategy and action plan as well as to implement appropriate training and development initiatives to support the business growth
  • Design, deliver and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and making recommendations for continuous enhancement
  • Identify the training and development needs with business leaders on products knowledge, solutions selling, soft skills, etc.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure the delivery of the designed  programs meet the specific needs in a timely and effective manner
  • Manage the Graduate Trainee Program (GT) and provide necessary support and guidance to the trainees

Requirement

  • Degree holder in HR, BA or other related disciplines
  • At least 6 years relevant working experience with proven track record of delivering effective training and development programs
  • Strong planning and organizing skills, work independently and as well good team player
  • Passion for people development and customer focused with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Words)
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Willing to travel to China when required

 Trainer/ Training Executive

  • Analyze training needs across all service team and develop new programs by working with line managers and business stakeholders with aim to enhance service level
  • Design, update and conduct training in various methods 
  • Take initiatives to review, recommend improvements and update on training program and material
  • Administer the training program logistics from course enrolment to evaluation

Requirement

  • Diploma or above in related subjects
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in training programs delivery
  • Strong organizing skills with excellent communication ability is a must
  • Passion for people development and customer focused 
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Words)
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
