Our Client, a leading Fintech company in Asia with the focus in digital financial services is seeking for a Senior HR Manager to join their HR team. This position will be covering all aspects of Human Resources functions including recruitment, compliance and related regulatory requirements, compensation policy etc.
Main Responsibilities
- Well-versed and all rounded HR professional with hands on experiences in providing support on full spectrum of human resources management including compensation benefits, recruitment, as well as strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment regulations.
- Monitoring HR processes and ensuring compliance with related Bank regulatory requirements
- Engage in HR related projects when necessary
- Formulate and execute recruitment strategy in line with the Company’s guideline and direction
- Manage relationships with different stakeholders
Qualifications
- University graduate with minimum 8 years experiences in human resources management with large Banks or Financial Institutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent working attitude with multi-tasking capability
- Highly independent, strong analytical mind, attention to details and with the ability to provide proactive & timely recommendation to improve the quality of all HR functions.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
