Our client is a fast growing logistics company, now is urgently looking for a Personal Assistant to support the business development management
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Senior Business Development Management
- Assist in setting up of new office and administration
- Handle business correspondence and confidential documents in a professional manner.
- Provide support for business development, business communication, reports, meeting agendas and minutes
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management
Qualification/Requirements:
- University graduate or Higher Diploma Holder
- Minimum 5 years of secretarial/ PA experience required, logistics background is preferred
- Fluency in spoken & written English and Cantonese
- Self-initiative and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in using MS Office (including Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Immediate available is highly preferred
