Our client is a fast growing logistics company, now is urgently looking for a Personal Assistant to support the business development management

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Senior Business Development Management
  • Assist in setting up of new office and administration
  • Handle business correspondence and confidential documents in a professional manner.
  • Provide support for business development, business communication, reports, meeting agendas and minutes
  • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management

Qualification/Requirements:

  • University graduate or Higher Diploma Holder
  • Minimum 5 years of secretarial/ PA experience required, logistics background is preferred
  • Fluency in spoken & written English and Cantonese
  • Self-initiative and excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in using MS Office (including Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
