Responsibilities
- Develop client retention by improving staff performance and customer service level
- Observe staff performance and identify training needs
- Understand company KPIs and prepare action plans to achieve company goal
- Keep track on the retail market and luxury trend
- Work closely with internal departments and communicate with stores
Requirement
- Degree holder
- Ard 5 years’ exp in retail sales/ training/ field coaching/ after-sales preferably from luxury brandsof Certificate in Jewelry Design with 2 years of jewelry design experience
- Hands on experience in designing and delivering sales training for frontline staff
- Able to work independently and enjoy store environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in both written and verbal English and Chinese
