Brand Ambassador & Customer Services officer

  • Handles Inbound and outbound customer via telephone, email and other media
  • Deliver brands information to customer
  • Handle customer feedback / complaint
  • Work closely with different internal party for repair and after – sales requests
  • Handle and support any ad-hoc task assigned

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in retail / customer services / Telesales
  • Good customer service skill with telephone manner
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
