Brand Ambassador & Customer Services officer
- Handles Inbound and outbound customer via telephone, email and other media
- Deliver brands information to customer
- Handle customer feedback / complaint
- Work closely with different internal party for repair and after – sales requests
- Handle and support any ad-hoc task assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in retail / customer services / Telesales
- Good customer service skill with telephone manner
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
