Our client, an International Financial Institution is looking for an industry talent for the position of IT Head, the mission for this role is to build and grow the IT team with the support of the top management and to establish the company’s technical vision and lead all aspects of the company’s development.
Job Responsibilities:
- To achieve and maintain operational excellence of the company
- Directs the company’s strategic direction, development and ongoing growth
- To lead of local Risk and Compliance team and enforce the enterprise’s IT standards, security, policies and guidelines
- Monitoring web analytics and making recommendations that align to business goals
- Supervising quality assurance process, integration and system tests
- Monitors and analyzes technology and trends that could improve the company’s products and performance
- To assist in preparation of various kind of management proposals and reports
Job Requirements:
- University graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline;
- Preferable over 10 years’ experience in IT sector cover the following:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a management position;
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in project management;
- Sound experience in applications in financial industry ;
- Self-motivated, prudent, committed, result-oriented and multitasking;
- Experience with .Net, SQL Server, MongoDB, Angular, AWS, IIS, Grunt/Gulp, Node.JS, Java/C
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Strong team player and with good interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
