A listed co with over 300 POS in APAC and strong ecommerce business is actively hiring an Associate Director to manage their exciting marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to manage marketing budget and oversee the marketing plan for its beauty brands on advertising, trade promotion, media, digital marketing and advertising
- Analyze the market trend and competitor’s performance to develop branding strategy
- Lead the creative team on brand campaign development
- Lead regional brand building initiatives, adaptation and roll outs
- Lead PR initiatives and follow through market adaptation executions
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or related subjects
- At least 10 years’ experience in marketing, PR or media agency in retails companies preferably from beauty sector
- Experience on brand marketing and understanding on brand building concepts with brand management experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills is a must
- Excellent command in both English and Chinese
