  • Manage campaigns across multiple online channels
  • Test variants to optimize performance
  • A/B Testing to optimize website, landing pages and sign-up path
  • Manage and improve the measurement of customer acquisition campaigns
  • Work with marketing, content, product and design teams to implement recommendations
  • Develop and execute online advertising strategy
  • Optimize website for search engines
  • Research media websites for ad buy
  • Execute direct media buys
  • Advertising related market research

Requirement:

  • Online campaign management / Online marketing / Direct media buying experience
  • Experience with Google analytics, adwords, content management system, other 3rd party tools
  • SEO background
  • Strong planning, tracking and reporting drive
  • Link development skills to enhance link popularity
  • Understanding of Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. networks
  • Good knowledge of natural search market & search engines
  • Strong communication and liaison skills both written and verbal (essential)
  • Well organized with exceptional attention to detail (essential)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Good literacy and accuracy skills
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese is required
