An international group is looking for an experienced Brand Manager to be the Head of the brand to lead the strong sales and marketing teams.
Main responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall brand management and sales strategy
- Oversee both sales and marketing and hold responsibility of the brand’s P&L
- Lead office team and field force of over 100 headcounts
- Manage over 20 POS including self-owned free-standing stores and counters partnered with retail partners
- Run the business according to brand’s guideline; ensure brand equity is healthily built and sales grow at or above market growth rate
- Take full responsibility of the topline, OPEX, NOP and work within the agreed target with the headquarter
- Work with the headquarter on the agreed pricing strategy
- Explore market opportunities and strategically plan for distribution expansion
Requirements

Degree holder with at least 15 years of brand management/ product development/ sales & marketing experience in FMCG sectors, beauty background is a most preferred

Mature and capable to lead a large team to deliver the best productivity

Acquire excellent communication skills to work with top management, department heads and supervise subordinates

Excellent leadership and carries a down to earth working attitude
- Understand and keep track on the market trends
- Proficient on MS applications

Good command on Cantonese, Mandarin and English
