An international group is looking for an experienced Brand Manager to be the Head of the brand to lead the strong sales and marketing teams.  

Main responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall brand management and sales strategy
  • Oversee both sales and marketing and hold responsibility of the brand’s P&L
  • Lead office team and field force of over 100 headcounts
  • Manage over 20 POS including self-owned free-standing stores and counters partnered with retail partners
  • Run the business according to brand’s guideline; ensure brand equity is healthily built and sales grow at or above market growth rate
  • Take full responsibility of the topline, OPEX, NOP and work within the agreed target with the headquarter
  • Work with the headquarter on the agreed pricing strategy
  • Explore market opportunities and strategically plan for distribution expansion

Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 15 years of brand management/ product development/ sales & marketing experience in FMCG sectors, beauty background is a most preferred
  • Mature and capable to lead a large team to deliver the best productivity
  • Acquire excellent communication skills to work with top management, department heads and supervise subordinates
  • Excellent leadership and carries a down to earth working attitude
  • Understand and keep track on the market trends
  • Proficient on MS applications
  • Good command on Cantonese, Mandarin and English
