Duties
- Lead and control the technical side of the Customer Services Department
- Provide technical advice and control the quality standard
- Provide training to Watch technicians
- Provide repair services on customer items and stocks when needed
Requirements
- Secondary school graduate or above
- Professional watch & jewellery technical qualifications specialized in mechanical watches
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience and able to lead a technical team
- Sound knowledge in repairing, polishing and cleaning procedures
- Good in spoken & written English is an advantage
- Less experience will be considered as Watch Technician.
