A global lifestyle brand is actively looking for a Head of Sales to manage the brand’s retail and non-retail business in HK and Macau.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Full responsibilities of retail P&L, lead and drive the team to execute and control sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales target
  • Responsible for direct retail and corporate account management in HK and Macau
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies and programs to improve overall productivity, profitability and brand image
  • Oversee the staff development and enhance operations efficiency to drive sales and improve revenue
  • Maintain good relationships with landlords to develop new retail outlets and negotiate on leasing renewal matters
  • Work closely with internal departments such as Marketing and Training to achieve the optimal business results

Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor Degree with min 15 years of experience in fashion or lifestyle retail industry, in which at least 5 years on overall sales or brand management
  • Proven track record in achieving business objectives and good understanding of the retail trend
  • Excellent people management and strategic planning abilities with a hands-on attitude
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external parties is essential
  • Good verbal and written capabilities in both English & Chinese
