We are actively hiring two HR professionals/ HRBP for two big and famous companies and groups. Both companies are leader of the industry, which offers excellent benefits and career prospects.
Assistant HR Manager
- Report to Regional HR Director and responsible for all-rounded HR duties including but not limited to recruitment, staff engagement, staff onboarding and general C&B functions
- Act as HR Business Partner to provide appropriate HR advice to team heads
- Work with shared service team on payroll documents on monthly basis
- Work with line manager to review and revise HR policies when and where necessary
- Provide HR support and logistics for client visits occasionally
- Prepare necessary HR reports for management’s review
- Familiar with the Labour Ordinance in HK and Macau
Senior HR & Admin Officer
- Report directly to the HR Director to provide mainly C&B and admin services for one of the business entities of the group
- Assist the line manager in regional HR matters including but not limited to tax equalization, salary review, housing allowance, job sustainability and such
- Work on the terms and formalities of secondment staff contract
- Participate on HR system renewal project
- Well versed in HK Labour Ordinance with knowledge in PRC is a advantage
Basic requirements for both roles:
- Degree holder in HRM or related subjects
- Min 5 years of relevant experience, with retail and large corporate background preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill is a must
- Strong organizational skills and able to handle multi tasks
- Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
