We are actively hiring two HR professionals/ HRBP for two big and famous companies and groups. Both companies are leader of the industry, which offers excellent benefits and career prospects. 

Assistant HR Manager 

  • Report to Regional HR Director and responsible for all-rounded HR duties including but not limited to recruitment, staff engagement, staff onboarding and general C&B functions
  • Act as HR Business Partner to provide appropriate HR advice to team heads
  • Work with shared service team on payroll documents on monthly basis
  • Work with line manager to review and revise HR policies when and where necessary
  • Provide HR support and logistics for client visits occasionally
  • Prepare necessary HR reports for management’s review 
  • Familiar with the Labour Ordinance in HK and Macau

Senior HR & Admin Officer

  • Report directly to the HR Director to provide mainly C&B and admin services for one of the business entities of the group
  • Assist the line manager in regional HR matters including but not limited to tax equalization, salary review, housing allowance, job sustainability and such
  • Work on the terms and formalities of secondment staff contract 
  • Participate on HR system renewal project
  • Well versed in HK Labour Ordinance with knowledge in PRC is a advantage

Basic requirements for both roles:

  • Degree holder in HRM or related subjects
  • Min 5 years of relevant experience, with retail and large corporate background preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill is a must
  • Strong organizational skills and able to handle multi tasks
  • Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
