Multi openings from private banks for Senior Product Manager(s), Premium Financing, Commercial Property Loan and Overseas Mortgage.
- Oversee key KPI across different product portfolios.
- Lead the development of product initiatives to support distribution channels in achieving the related business targets
- Identify opportunities and strength the product management framework to enhance the product end to end process to improve efficiencies
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders both within the bank and external to uplift the business performance of the portfolio.
- Ensure product governance framework and its documentation complies with Bank standards
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in banking or financial institutions, mainly in consumer loans; Product management experience is highly preferred;
- Experience in life insurance products is an added advantage;
- Track record in building things from scratch or enhancing existing business set-up is highly desirable;
- Highly organized, self-starter with good leadership and communication skills;
- Detail-minded and able to work under pressure;
- Good management and leadership skills;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
