A luxury retail brand is hiring someone who is strong in store operation
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all store operation matters and support the sales team to achieve store target
- Closely monitor the store inventory and give useful advice on stock assortment and ordering
- Prepare reports and analysis for the growth of business
- Liaise with head office and headquarter on any operation issue on behalf of the store
- Handle VIP or customer queries when required
Requirements:
- Degree holder with more than 7 years’ frontline/ floor operations experience
- Familiar with store environment
- Detail-minded, sensitive to figures and excellent communication skills
- Well versed in excel and reporting
- Good command of English and Chinese. French is a plus
- Less experiences can be considered as Operation Executive
