Our Client, a leading industry player in provision of global standards and a full spectrum of standards-based solutions and services is seeking for a seasoned COO to manage their business operation in Hong Kong and its regions.
Responsibilities
Accountable for the growth of the Company’s services revenue including budget planning, forecasting, business review and control
- Manage and develop overall strategy and execution of entire suite of Product solutions, consulting and training services
- Responsible for Project Management and Standards Management Office
- Managing customers and partners proposal, pricing, contracts management and CRM
- Drive across team alignment & KPIs and competency development
- Able to work with internal stakeholder in Solution development model and partners ecosystem, architecture etc.
- Fully responsible for submission/ presentation of financial analysis, resources allocation and costing analysis reports for strategies making of the Board
Requirements
– University Degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred
– Strong business acumen and with a minimum of 15 years of solid experience gained from Supply Chains industries of which at least with 5 years serving in senior executive position
– Excellent problem solving skills plus high risk sensitivity
– Superb time management and people management skill
– Strong leadership, articulate and with excellent communication and high power of presentation
– Detailed oriented, meticulous and high level of language capability
