Our clients are all international prestige and lifestyle brands. They are urgently hiring experienced Brand Manager and retail Manager to lead the sales team and grow with brands.
Brand Manager
- Lead the brand to achieve sales growth and brand target
- Plan and supervise local marketing and communication events
- Strenghten brand position and always act as the brand ambassador
- Identify new flagship stores location and motivate maximum selling thru in POS
- Monitor the inventory and back log to ensure goods are ordered and timely delivered
- Maintain excellent customer relationship
Retail Manager
- Coach & motivate the sales team and frontline staff to achieve sales target

Review and implement operational procedures and conduct regular shop visit to maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness

Work with Marketing and Training depts to plan and integrate retail sales strategies

Maintain stock and inventory level based on consumer needs

Participate in staff recruitment, training and development

Handle customer complaints when required
Requirement
-
Degree holder with at least 6 years of relevant experience in luxury beauty/ fashion/ W&J industry
- Committed to work with excellent people management and development skills
- Good negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills
- Result driven and self-motivated
- Good command of both English and Chinese capability
