Our Client, a leading industry leader in driving global standards is looking for a Business Development Head to cope with their fast expansion growth.


  • Lead the business development team to drive and achieve revenue and business targets
  • Develop and implement strategy for increasing direct/indirect revenue with existing clients
  • Build high quality funnels and guide Business Development team through opportunity creation and identify mega deals
  • Formulating and executing client Engagement Programs in target industries and drive business objective
  • Manage effectively the sales process through prospect development, proposal, presentation and closing negotiations to achieve sales targets
  • Responsible for implementing tracking systems to monitor sales performance
  • Identifying and developing appropriate partners to generate new business opportunities


  • University graduate with not less than 8 years’ relevant sales experience in Information Technology or supply chain industry.
  • A proven track record of developing strategies in FMCG and Logistics
  • Experience in managing CRM analytic and able to perform analysis, present findings and recommendation
  • Excellent communication in both English and Chinese
  • Strong leadership skills with excellent interpersonal skills
