A famous lifestyle retail brand is hiring an energetic and committed CRM Manager to join their well established and still growing team.
Main responsibilities:
- To devise CRM Strategy and manage CRM budget
- To develop and execute CRM programs to drive customer loyalty
- To analyze, monitor and maintain customer database for all marketing programs and initiatives.
- Work with IT & other partners for system enhancement across all CRM solutions with flawless support.
- To develop and implement in-store event, VIP events, roadshows and promotional activities to drive traffic and sales
- To assist and develop online marketing programs and Participate in e-commerce project
Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Marketing, Communication or related disciplines
- At least 6 years CRM experience in HK and PRC
- Familiar with CRM System
- Knowledge of POS System and computer skill
- Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Results-driven with excellent execution and able to work under pressur
- Immediate available is highly preferred
