A famous lifestyle retail brand is hiring an energetic and committed CRM Executive to join their well established and still growing team. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Perform regular data cleaning and maintenance of customer data to ensure the most accurate and valid database for activation and analyses
  • Assist CRM Manager to generate regular dashboard report for retail teams & management
  • Maintain and update customer database for retail & marketing teams to improve retention, recruitment and reactivation of customers
  • Collaborate with other parties to support events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics or related disciplines
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant CRM experience in luxury retail/fashion industry
  • Strong numeric and commercial’s sense, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel)
  • Fluency in spoken and written English & Chinese
