Main duties:
- Assist in the implement and administration of the Call Center System
- Provide high quality customer services, handle customer enquiries efficiently
- Handle incoming email and phone enquiries in a professional manner
- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder with minimum 3 years experience in retail industry
- Strong troubleshooting and interpersonal skills
- Detail-minded with good business sense
- Fluency in verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
