Main duties:

  • Assist in the implement and administration of the Call Center System
  • Provide high quality customer services, handle customer enquiries efficiently
  • Handle incoming email and phone enquiries in a professional manner
  • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with minimum 3 years experience in retail industry
  • Strong troubleshooting and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-minded with good business sense
  • Fluency in verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
