We are actively hiring a seasoned Asst C&B Manager for a large famous group. They offer attractive package and excellent staff benefits for the right candidate.
Main responsibities:
- Lead a small team to perform overall C&B duties including cost budgeting, payroll and incentive scheme, annual salary review and taxation, compensation and staff benefits and such

Advise on any C&B related issues and prepare regular C&B analysis report

Ensure timely payroll management and support HR system enhancement

Lead C&B survey to keep track with market and make sure the C&B procedures are complied with regulatory requirements

Participate in ad hoc C&B project as assigned by management and Headquarter
Main requirements:

Degree holder with at least 6 years relevant experience in payroll admin, taxation and other C&B related experience preferably in retail industry or MNC;

Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and HR related regulations in HK and Macau

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under tight schedule

Detail-minded with good numerical and analytical skills

Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels

Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese

Good command in MS Excel and Powerpoint is a must
