Main duties:

  • Responsible for premium after sales and repair services
  • Provide high quality customer services, handle customer enquiries efficiently
  • Handle incoming email and phone enquiries in a professional manner
  • Repair registration and general administrative duties


  • Degree holder with minimum 3 years experience in retail industry
  • Strong troubleshooting and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-minded with good business sense
  • Fluency in verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Less experience will be considered as After Sales Services Executive
