Our Client, a regional Financial Institution (Fintech) is looking for a Digital Marketing Head to oversee the formulation of the company’s digital marketing strategies and initiative. Be responsible for building a strategic road map across multiple digital and social media channels to attract, upsell and cross-sell their products.
Responsibilities:

Accountable for the formulation of overall digital marketing strategies and to establish the company’s innovative image and leading position from an on-line platform.

Build a strategic road map across multiple digital and social media channels and customer segments by taking into consideration target audience dynamics, needs, and business impact.

Develop and implement customers’ acquisition, engagement / retention digital strategy/ plan.

Spearheaded all digital marketing strategies including SEM/SEO, social media, email and affiliate marketing

Head up all online projects including web site launches and digital marketing initiatives

Accountable for the new website developments, copywriting, project management and continuous online management

Use data insights in relation to digital media from big data and customer feedback to develop new digital campaigns, and to identify digital marketing technology for keeping user engagement high.

Engage and manage appropriate digital vendor management/ solution provider relationships and deliverables

Explore FinTech development trend in banking industry, derive insights from analyzing target customers’ e-lifestyle and banking needs, and support the development of e-finance products, services and platforms to achieve business targets.
Requirements:

Degree in Marketing, Business or IT related disciplines.

Minimum of 10 yearshands on experience in digital marketing/ on line business serving diverse market segments.

Familiar with the FinTech market trend, new technologies, new products and business models.

With proven track record in using digital marketing to achieve business results, including the use of social media platforms and other innovative internet channels.

Be innovative with proficient organizing & execution abilities

A leader in digital marketing with strong knowledge and experience in customer engagement, and marketing automation ensuring tight integration of mobile, SMS, APPs and email engagement activities.

Strong marketing sense with ability to integrate digital and social media strategy into overarching marketing strategy. Passionate with digital marketing trends, new platforms, channels and tools.

Excellent written and spoken English skills a MUST.
