Our Client, a well-established insurance platform, with brand new launch of wealth management products, is looking for a Centre Manager for their VIP Centre.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the smooth running of the newly set up VIP Centre for servicing high-net-worth customers ;
  • Manage and oversees the operation efficiency of the Customer Service Centre
  • Responsible for training of new staff and setting operation procedures and standard guild lines
  • Servicing daily HNW customer’s enquiries, compliant or any related matters
  • Coaching and building up the customer service team

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in finance or other related discipline;
  • At least 5 years’ or above experience in banking or financial industries of which at least 3 years’ relevant experience in serving high-net-worth clients;
  • Excellent customer service skills,
  • Strong leadership, customer relationship, interpersonal and analytical skills;
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and native in Putonghua is preferred.
