A luxury retail brand is hiring a Business Head to look after the Retail and Wholesale business in Hong Kong and Macau. They expect someone with rich experience in retail industry, energetic and with business sense. Main responsibilities include:

A luxury retail brand is hiring an experienced Merchandising Director to lead a large and mature team and monitor all merchandising, planning, inventory, and stock allocation activities for HK and Macau markets.

• Lead a large merchandising and planning team to develop the merchandise and planning strategies in order to achieve company goals
• Lead the team to manage and execute product sourcing plan according the regions merchandising mix
• Manage inventory planning and stock replenishment for product assortment

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above with at least 15 years of merchandising, planning and inventory control management experience for HK and Macau retail market
• Strong knowledge of merchandising with prior experience from fashion retail is a must, luxury is preferable.
• Strong leadership skills and outstanding people management experience
• Excellent communication skills with good commercial sense
• Excellent command of both written and verbal Chinese and English
