Our client is an industry lead technology consultancy organization.  Currently, they are looking for an experienced Human Resources professional to join their HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Directly report to the Senior Executive and manage full spectrum of Human Resources strategic and operational functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, retention strategies, performance management, employee relations, payroll administration;
  • Responsible for planning, formulating, advising and implementation of relevant Human Resources policies and initiatives, governance and compliance, audit review, operations and processes review, as well as individual staff cost analysis reports;
  • Develop and enhance performance assessment system link up with bonus reward scheme, identify top talents for succession planning development;
  • Organize staff training, activities, and company incentive trip in regular basis for a small team of staff members;
  • Assist in ad hoc projects when assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant discipline;
  • 10 years’ all-round Human Resources experience, with a minimum of 3 years at managerial level;
  • Well versed in local employment ordinance, MPF scheme ordinance, HR practice and regulations;
  • Self-motivated, mature, strong sense of commitment and ownership;
  • Detail-minded, plus strong problem solving and time management skills, able to work well under pressure;
  • Well-versed in MS Word , Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Fluency in communicating in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
