Our Client, a leading eCommerce Technology Company with regional presences is looking for a Human Resources Manager  to cope with their fast expansion growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of Human Resources to develop human resource plans to align with the organisational development
  • Design and propose a variety of Human Resources program and policies and procedures that are in compliance with employment related regulations
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to all level of employees on HR and employee related matters
  • Monitor and implement recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee development program, training and employee relations activities
  • Perform HR ad hoc projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines with 5 years of HR generalist experience from IT / Engineering company
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong in PC skill such as MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Tactful and with excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
  • Self-driven, independent, strong sense of commitment and able to work in a fast paced environment
